How do I register?
Go to the online registration page and complete the Travel Agent registration form. On receipt of your details Sky Transfers will complete your registration and forward by email your password. You will then give you full access to the Travel Agent Booking Site.

What should I do if my log in fails?
Ensure you are using the correct case for your master password. If your log in still fails please contact the Internet Support desk on 0871 855 2183 (calls cost £0.10p per minute; calls from mobiles and some networks may be higher)
How do I make a transfer booking?
Once you have received your number Staff Login and Staff Password. You can then select the dates, route, and vehicle type required for your client(s) and we will provide you with availability and best price. To confirm the reservation, you will need to provide the passengers details and your credit/debit card information. We will then provide you with a booking confirmation number that uniquely identifies your client's reservation. No prices are marked on the travel voucher.

Which routes are bookable?
You have access to ALL Sky Transfers routes operated. If a route or destination is not showing, please call our Travel Agent Helpdesk on 08444 821192, local call rate.
Do I receive any commission?
No, you receive your agents discount, however, Agents are at liberty to add their own service/administration fees.
How many people can I book?
There is no maximum number of people per booking.
Will I be able to access ALL fares?
Yes, all fares are available in the system.
How do I pay for the transfer?
Payments for all bookings on the Internet are by debit or credit card (Switch, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, or Electron). Payment cannot be made using either cash or cheque. Please note that Switch cards can only be used for fares that are displayed in UK sterling. We do not charge extra for taking credit cards.
What documentation will I receive to confirm my booking?
You will receive an email confirmation of the booking shortly after completion.
In addition, there will be an on screen passenger copy, which must be printed and supplied to the client at time of booking. This acts as their confirmation/receipt and includes the booking confirmation number.
Bookings made on an 'e-ticket route' will be processed on presentation of the passenger confirmation slip at the relevant check in desk. All other bookings will be processed on presentation of the passenger confirmation slip at the relevant Sky Transfers ticket desk.
IMPORTANT: When your client checks in for their flight(s) they must present their confirmation slip along with a form of photo identifcation .
Changes to bookings
Changes are permitted to flight dates and times up to 24 hours before the scheduled time of departure. Changes are subject to a fee of £10 . If the new flight date/time demands a higher basic price, the difference must payed in addition to the change fee.

Name changes are NOT permitted.
Sky Transfers tickets are non refundable within 90 days.
